There are many persons who are thinking that "Is there anything harder than DIETING?", I also absolutely agree with this statement. Somebody might take diet plan or weight loss program to make him/her losing weight, it may be work or may be not. But I would like to say, the first thing we have to consider is "our MIND".
Why I talked about mind? How come it related to my dieting? here is the answer..
You have to win your mind, be self-controlled and be patient. You can set your goal that how many Pounds or Kilograms you intend to lose. Not only you set the goal but you also need to have motivation / inspiration for yourself, for example, "when I lose my weight then what I get?"
I am sure that important thing you will get is "healthy" as like as the phase that "Healthy is Wealthy". Moreover the old clothes that they are too small for you, now you are able to wear it again. See.. How proud are you? And what if you are flirting somebody, I'm sure that, 98% they most likely like fit and firm man/woman. It has many more benefits than these, so let start dieting from today onward.
Let me summarize what we should do in order to be success in dieting ...
1. Setting goal that how many Pounds / Kilograms you would like to lose or it might better if you do not set, just do it everyday regularly (if you do not rush)
2. Having motivation or inspiration for being diet. This will make you have more energy / power to exercise, it should be called as "Moral Support".
3. Exercising, if you have an exercising in the morning it would be better but it's not a must. It's better to say, please exercise whenever you have time and should do it everyday regularly, at least 30 minutes a day.
4. Reducing what you have consume, eat when you are really hungry or simply say, eat only the main meal which are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please try to avoid eating between a meal. As I said, please be patient.
I believe that following formula is always correct, input = output. Input in this case means consumption and output means exercising. If you can burn equally with what you have eat, you will never gain weight.
Anyway, it does not fix that you have to do according to what I wrote above and you will succeed on dieting. It depends on your style, this one might not match with your behavior. Just see which one is match and suitable for you and then DO it for your health and your future.
